Does the MyHOTSPOTZ Card have an expiry date?
Your MyHOTSPOTZ Card is valid for twelve months, from date of purchase
Each year a new MyHOTSPOTZ Card must be purchased. The expiry date and card holder name is printed on the front of the MyHOTSPOTZ Card.
When making a purchase with my MyHOTSPOTZ Card, do I have to show any ID?
MyHOTSPOTZ Card merchants have the right to ask for ID to ensure that the person using the card is a member. If you cannot provide valid ID, your discount may be refused.
Can I share my MyHOTSPOTZ Card?
MyHOTSPOTZ Cards cannot be shared and are non-transferable.
Terms of Use: Card sharing is strictly prohibited and constitutes as fraud. Any cardholder who shares their MyHOTSPOTZ Card will have their privileges revoked. In addition, MyHOTSPOTZ Card partners have the right to seize a card if it is used by someone other than the person whose signature appears on the back of the card.
What to do if my MyHOTSPOTZ Card is lost or stolen?
